Precise were introduced to Karen during her tenure at Lloyds Banking Group and worked closely with her to help deliver a complex and innovative service offering, specifically designed to meet the organisation's needs. After 12 months we have concluded the harmonisation of terms and conditions across Lloyds Banking Group. This project was a major integration milestone for the new Group and the largest project of its kind in the UK. This is a major achievement and I wanted to thank you for the part you played in this milestone. Looking back over the last 12 months you have made a significant contribution including our "One Bank" brochure, dedicated intranet site with on-line tool and production of supporting briefing information for line managers. Our suite of communications was clear and professional and has been recognised as outstanding within our business. Karen came into LBG to deliver a key communication from the Directors to all our staff and those from the company we had acquired-the first ever as the new business. Karen delivered an excellent printed and online brochure, translated and delivered in special needs formats; which was enthusiastically received by all. She worked effectively across the organisation to understand the strategy and key principles and communicate sensitively, in a language that was relevant at all levels. She managed the project in tight timescales and under difficult circumstances; delivering great quality, on budget, across the globe on the day of launch.

We received excellent feedback from all our Directors and the business leaders who attended. Karen was employed here for five and a half years as a permanent employee and a freelance Marketing Consultant. Karen worked in the set up of the marketing department and when she left was the Head of Experiential Marketing & Sponsorship. She also worked on secondment as Head of Marketing Projects. Karen is a dedicated and professional individual, her commitment and enthusiasm will be missed by the business and the marketing team and we wish her success in her future career.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Karen and having her as my manager - she is the best people manager I have had the pleasure to work with during my career. She managed the specific account teams and agency resources, working at a strategic level on integrated communications programmes.

Karen worked for HBA as a Senior Account Manager and then Account Director for 3 years from 1997 and always conducted herself in a thoroughly professional way. Karen worked hands on with our clients and helped instrumentally to develop the contacts. She worked principally on the Oce account and was extremely effective in her running of the account. She established a good working rapport with all of our clients and helped to build the business through her abilities to network and extend the working relationships.
